As my first day of early rising, I have decided
to make today special by keeping a gratitude journal with myself when I am at
home. The process seems so ‘EXTRA’ to me, but for the starter, it really
worked.
Quite simple – you just write down the things that you are grateful for, and try to add and keep in touch with them whenever you feel down. list on versed blogger, in the hope of restructuring myself and be a better
