Don’t have anything to do

Photo by gaspar zaldo on  Pexels.com I have literally a hefty to-do list. But unfortunately, I’m not feeling like doing anything. I lay down on my bed, sleep most of the times, or read storybooks. I have no accountability, nobody to tell me what to do. No money in my pocket, no liability either. Strange situation, I admit I’ve never faced. How long will such an impasse prevail? I don’t know. Waiting for the next feedback.

Patience Vs. Wasting Time

Naturally, the answer is, ‘It depends.’ We have a patience cushion up to a tipping point, till then everything seems tolerable. Well, because our desires have usually different utilities. Talking about short-utility items like the ice cream; there is no point to wait long for an ice cream unless you are having a diet. Nevertheless, you might wait for a couple of years to get a brand new car, or a decade to move into your ever-cherished home. And what about the career? If you are given 50,000 bucks instantly to spend today, or you are allured to 100,000 bucks in a future tenure and without
